SGAI circulates a package of conference announcements, calls for papers and other items of interest to the Group's members approximately once a month. We are also willing to include relevant information from publishers, software and systems suppliers and other organisations. The prices for this service, as listed below, have been calculated to provide good value in that they are less than the equivalent cost for any organisation to carry out such a well-targeted mailing independently.
The prices, in pounds sterling, include postage charges and packaging. VAT must be added to all these figures.

Mailings are generally carried out during the first week of each month, so copies of the item for inclusion need to arrive no later than the last Friday of the month. Except by prior arrangement, payment should be sent to arrive at the same time as the items for mailing. VAT must be added to the above figures. A tax invoice will be sent to you.
SGAI reserves the right to refuse to include any item which it feels is inappropriate to the needs and expectations of the Group's members.
Please note that Corporate Members receive special benefit from the mailing service through financial discounts as shown above. Similar reductions are available to Corporate Members in renting exhibition space at SGAI events, including the annual conference.
Exclusive mailings
We can also carry out mailings on behalf of suppliers and other organisations,
on an exclusive basis. Users of this service must first provide a sample of
the item(s) to be mailed, for approval. Ready packed and sealed envelopes are
then shipped to the address given below and we will arrange all labelling and
posting. A cheque for the approximate amount of the postage must accompany the
shipment and the balance is invoiced for immediate payment. The fixed fee for
this service is
£ 450 (£ 350 for Corporate Members).
VAT must be added to all amounts and cheques should be made payable to "BCS SGAI".
